Abstract: The present application relates to a technical field of semiconductor chips, and in particular, to a vertically structured LED light-emitting chip and light-emitting structure, the LED light-emitting chip includes a substrate, a side of the substrate is provided with a plurality of filling grooves, a depth of each of the plurality of filling grooves is less than or equal to a thickness of the substrate, a reflective layer is formed on a peripheral wall and a bottom surface of each of the filling grooves; an epitaxial layer formed on a side of the substrate away from the filling grooves; and a conductive paste, at least provided in the plurality of filling grooves.

Abstract: A lighting apparatus includes one or more first type LED modules, one or more second type LED modules and a driver circuit. The first type LED modules for emitting a first light of a first color temperature. The second type LED modules for emitting a second light of a second light temperature. The first type LED modules have a first spreading light angle and the second type LED modules have a second spreading light angle. The first light spreading angle is different from the second light spreading angle. The driver circuit provides a first working mode and a second working mode respectively corresponding to a first mixed light spreading pattern and a second mixed light spreading pattern by selectively turning on the first type LED modules and the second type LED modules.

Abstract: A stem removal device for a cigarette making process is disclosed, including a feeding unit (N1), a flexible air sorting unit (N2), a pure tobacco collection unit (N3), a tobacco conveying unit (N4), a coarse stem removal unit (N5) and a fine stem removal unit (N6). A method for removing the stems during the cigarette making process using the stem removal device is also disclosed.

Abstract: A device for removing unwanted objects from cut tobacco in a cut tobacco production line is disclosed, which includes: a raw cut tobacco feeding and conveying unit (N1), a heavy unwanted object removal unit (N2), a cut tobacco dispersion and recovery unit (N3), a moderate unwanted object removal unit (N4), a cut tobacco humidification unit (N5) and a light unwanted object removal unit (N6). An unwanted object removal method using the cut tobacco unwanted object removal device is also disclosed. The device and method of the disclosure can effectively remove unwanted objects from cut tobacco.

The optical plate is detachably inserted into a sliding track of the main housing via a lateral opening of the main housing so that the optical plate is replaceable. The optical plate changes a light direction of the light emitted by the light source to a light opening. A first surface of the light opening is substantially perpendicular to a second surface of the lateral opening.

The apparatus includes a switch circuit and a first power controller. The pump cabinet has a first branch and a second branch, the first branch including a liquid storage tank and a fluorine pump. An input end of the liquid storage tank is connected to an output end of the evaporative condenser, an output end of the liquid storage tank is connected to an input end of the fluorine pump, and an output end of the fluorine pump is connected to an input end of the heat exchange terminal. The second branch includes a compressor with an input end connected to an output end of the heat exchange terminal and an output end connected to an input end of the evaporative condenser.
