Abstract: A magnetic field fresh-keeping apparatus capable of preventing direct blowing of cold air, applied to an air-cooled refrigeration device. The magnetic field fresh-keeping apparatus includes a drawer container, a drawer, a magnetic field assembly, an air inlet duct assembly, and an air return opening. An opening is provided at the front side of the drawer container; the drawer is slidably mounted in the drawer container; the magnetic field assembly is configured to provide a magnetic field to a stored item in the drawer; the air inlet duct assembly is configured to enable cold air to first cool the magnetic field assembly, and then enter the drawer container in a manner of not directly blowing the stored item; the air return opening is formed on the drawer container for discharging the air in the drawer container.

Abstract: A stem removal device for a cigarette making process is disclosed, including a feeding unit (N1), a flexible air sorting unit (N2), a pure tobacco collection unit (N3), a tobacco conveying unit (N4), a coarse stem removal unit (N5) and a fine stem removal unit (N6). A method for removing the stems during the cigarette making process using the stem removal device is also disclosed.

The side pushing member is used to push a workpiece into a limiting area of the fixture, where the fixture secures the workpiece in place. The cleaning component includes an exhaust member and a suction member. The exhaust member blows gas into contaminated holes, the gas is then sucked by the suction member.

Abstract: A device for removing unwanted objects from cut tobacco in a cut tobacco production line is disclosed, which includes: a raw cut tobacco feeding and conveying unit (N1), a heavy unwanted object removal unit (N2), a cut tobacco dispersion and recovery unit (N3), a moderate unwanted object removal unit (N4), a cut tobacco humidification unit (N5) and a light unwanted object removal unit (N6). An unwanted object removal method using the cut tobacco unwanted object removal device is also disclosed. The device and method of the disclosure can effectively remove unwanted objects from cut tobacco.

The optical plate changes a light direction of the light emitted by the light source to a light opening. A first surface of the light opening is substantially perpendicular to a second surface of the lateral opening.
