    Abstract: Disclosed is an aircraft environmental control and fuel tank inerting coupling system based on a membrane separation method. The dehumidification of gas in an aircraft environmental control system and the separation of oxygen and nitrogen in a fuel tank inerting system are realized respectively, based on the selective permeability of a membrane to water vapour/air and oxygen/nitrogen. In the coupling system, part of drying gas passing through a membrane dehumidification heat exchanger (5) enters a membrane air separator (9), and the other part thereof is cooled through a large expansion turbine (8) and then directed into a cockpit for refrigeration; and nitrogen-rich gas generated by the membrane air separator (9) is directed into a fuel tank for inerting. Oxygen-rich gas is mixed with gas supplied by the environmental control system, thus increasing the oxygen content of gas supplied by the aircraft cockpit.

    Abstract: A chip bonding device is disclosed, including a first motion stage (110), a second motion stage (200), a chip pickup element (160), a transfer carrier (170), a chip adjustment system (1000), a bonding stage (420) and a control system (500). A chip bonding method is also disclosed, in which a set of chips are temporarily retained on the transfer carrier (170) and their positions on the transfer carrier (170) are accurately adjusted by using the chip adjustment system (1000), followed by bonding the chips on the transfer carrier (170) simultaneously onto the substrate (430). With this batch bonding approach, flip-chips can be bonded with greatly enhanced efficiency. Moreover, picking up and bonding chips in batches can balance times for chip picking up, fine chip position tuning and chip bonding, thereby ensuring high bonding accuracy while increasing the throughput.

The antenna radiator consists of several metal sheet units. The coupled slots between the adjacent metal sheet units form radiation slots and the grounded metal plate has a feed slot which is fed by the feed structure and the radiation slot is fed by the feed slot through coupling. This disclosure also provides an antenna packaging structure. An EBG is deployed as part of the radiator to improve the problems of high profile and narrow bandwidth of the traditional antennas. The EBG radiator also achieves low profile, broadband and high gain characteristics that is very suitable for millimeter wave band AiP and is also suitable for mass production at low cost, and therefore it can be widely used in 60 GHz WiFi system and a 5G millimeter wave communication system.

    Abstract: An antenna system with a reconfigurable radiation pattern characteristic for the fifth generation (5G) mobile terminal is described, which includes multiple antenna sub-arrays with different radiation patterns and a switch that connects each antenna sub-array and controls switching between different antenna sub-arrays. A switch is disposed between the antenna sub-arrays and an RF front-end module. By switching between the different sub-arrays, the radiation in a desired direction can be selected. Therefore, the problem of the beam coverage and beam scanning blind spot of 5G terminal antenna in millimeter waveband can be solved effectively. Through expanding the scanning angle of the beam scanning, the scheme of 5G terminal antenna with a reconfigurable radiation pattern can be realized. The antenna structure of this disclosure makes full use of the space of the PCB board, and has the advantages of miniaturization, simple processing and compact structure, etc.
