  • Publication number: 20240423654
Abstract: An electrode balloon catheter includes a catheter body (1), an outer balloon (2), an inner balloon (3) and electrode pairs (4). The electrode pairs (4) are arranged on a surface of the inner balloon (3), and both the inner balloon (3) and the outer balloon (2) are provided at an end of the catheter body (1). The inner balloon (3) is located inside the outer balloon (2). The outer balloon (2) is configured to store a conductive medium. The electrodes can be adjusted to desired positions by manipulating the inner balloon (3). • Publication number: 20240173044
Abstract: An electrode balloon catheter and a high-voltage generation processing device are provided. The electrode balloon catheter includes a balloon, an inner catheter and a shock wave generation component. The balloon is disposed over the inner catheter and radially expands or collapses as a result of filling an inflation fluid therein or evacuating the inflation fluid therefrom. The shock wave generation component includes a flexible circuit layer and an electrode arrangement. The flexible circuit layer is disposed on the inner catheter, and the electrode arrangement is provided on the inner catheter to be located within the balloon. The electrode arrangement is connected to the flexible circuit layer and connected to a high-voltage generation processing device via the flexible circuit layer. The flexible circuit layer enables the electrode balloon catheter to have a reduced passage size closer to the size of a pre-dilation balloon.

  • Publication number: 20240081302
Abstract: A method of preparing an antibody carrying a universal site-directed coupling interface based on a genetically modified vertebrate is described. The method of constructs a vertebrate model, the vertebrate model is used to produce an antibody carrying a universal site-directed coupling interface. The method includes site-directly knocking in a coding gene of a specific recognition sequence of a certain ligase A or a coding gene of a certain intein A at a certain position A of a certain coding gene A of the immunoglobulin in the genome of the recipient animal, to obtain the vertebrate model. The modified mice can normally stimulate immune responses, produce a polyclonal antibody and a monoclonal antibody with a site-directed linking site. Antibodies with a site-directed linking site can normally carry out site-directed linking, and add various application groups to realize downstream applications of antibodies, such as ELISA, immunofluorescence staining, and immuno-PCR.

  • Publication number: 20230035742
Abstract: A rotator cuff balloon (10) includes a limiting structure (100) and a protective structure (200) connected to the limiting structure (100). The limiting structure (100) has a curvature along a coronal plane (102). This rotator cuff balloon (10) conforms to the physiological structure of the shoulder joint in the human body, limits itself in the subacromial space and can reduce a patient's foreign body sensation, dislocation, functional failure and other adverse events. The protective structure (200) is configured to be supported in the space between the humeral head and the acromion of the shoulder joint in the human body to provide support. Moreover, the humeral head of a patient with a rotator cuff injury is raised, avoiding pain arising from inter-tissue collisions, increasing the moment arm of the deltoid muscle and resulting in immediate improvements in the functions of the patient's shoulder joint.

  • Publication number: 20220330971
Abstract: A drive shaft (1, 3) for use with a rotation device (10, 20) includes an outer layer (11, 31) and an inner layer (12, 32). The outer layer is a tubular structure, and the inner layer is accommodated in a space defined by the outer layer and defines a central lumen (13, 33) for receiving therein an external mechanism. The outer layer is rotatable about the central lumen, and the inner layer is rollable relative to both the outer layer and the external mechanism and thus allows rolling friction to occur between the drive shaft and the external mechanism. Such a structure of the drive shaft can reduce friction between the drive shaft and a guidewire as well as loss due to such friction, avoiding failure of the guidewire due to excessive friction between the guidewire and the drive shaft. Therefore, it is ensured that the drive shaft is suitable for use with guidewires commonly used in clinical practice, resulting in improved surgical operability and lower surgical cost.
