The load detection circuit is configured to detect a load state of the load and output a load state signal. The state detection circuit is configured to detect a reference time point. The control circuit is configured to output a control signal to turn on or off the primary side switch. The control circuit further sets a blanking time according to the load state signal, such that the primary side switch is turned on when a drain-source voltage of the primary side switch is at a valley of the resonance after the blanking time starting from the reference time point.

Further, the maximum principal stress within the outer region is no more than two times the maximum principal stress within the central region. The primary surfaces and side edges may define a plurality of corners, and the corners may be defined by a chamfer, a fillet, or a curved shape.

    Abstract: A micro panchromatic QLED array device based on a quantum dot transfer process of deep silicon etching templates. Array-type square table structures pass through a p-type GaN layer and a quantum well active layer and are deep to an n-type GaN layer are disposed on a blue LED epitaxial wafer, wherein micro holes are formed through etching in the structures. Every 2*2 table structures constitute an RGB pixel unit. Among the four micro holes, three of the holes are filled with red light, green light and yellow light quantum dots respectively, and one of the holes emits blue light/is filled with a blue light quantum dot. Micro holes in a silicon wafer are formed through etching with a deep silicon etching technology; the micro holes in the silicon wafer are aligned with quantum dot filling areas on a micro-LED.

The QER stores planning and execution information for QEs from the previous versions of the queries, wherein the QEs comprise table relations, intermediate results and/or final results of operations in the previous versions of the queries. The optimizer searches the QER for QEs from the query execution plans, and uses information from the QEs stored in the QER when optimizing the current and subsequent versions of the queries. The optimizer may also reuses results from the QEs stored in the QER.

A distribution of the radiopharmaceutical in the subject in the extended FOV is estimated based on the extension imaging data, and further based on a database (32) of reference subjects. The tomographic radioemission data are reconstructed to generate a reconstructed image (26) of the subject in the imaging FOV. The reconstruction includes correcting the reconstructed image for scatter from the extended FOV into the imaging FOV based on the estimated distribution of the radiopharmaceutical in the subject in the extended FOV.

The disclosed technologies can avoid always-on network configurations while providing a desired functionality for an IoT device. For instance, some devices only connect with other computing devices or at network in response to detection of an event, then disconnect after an exchange of specific information. Such technologies can significantly reduce the power consumption of a device by only invoking connections at appropriate times.
