A method for recovery of a metal-inorganic composite electrode assembly is also provided, in which a spent lithium-ion battery is dismantled to obtain a cell; the cell is crushed and magnetically separated to yield a mixture containing cathode sheet, anode sheet, separator and residual electrolyte; the mixture is dispersed into the separation liquid under dynamic stirring to obtain a slurry; the separator is removed by flotation, and residual slurry is sieved to isolate graphite anode particles from a mixture of current collector fragments and cathode fragments; and the oversize fraction is subjected to wet screening, and the undersize fraction is dried and crushed.

    Abstract: A method for dry recycling and structure regeneration of a layered carbon material, in which a waste layered carbon material is pretreated, mixed with asphalt, and subjected to gas-phase infiltration in a nitrogen atmosphere at 300-500° C., pyrolytic deposition at 800° C. under vacuum, and isostatic-pressing densification at 5 MPa in an inert gas atmosphere to obtain an intermediate product; the intermediate product is heated from 800° C. to 1500° C., from 1500° C. to 2500° C., from 2500° C. to 2850° C., kept at 2850° C. under an axial pulse pressure for 1-6 h; and the resultant product is cooled and post-treated.

The expanded coating has high strength and can exhibit excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance at high temperatures (such as 170° C.), with a shear strength greater than 2 MPa, a tensile strength greater than 2 MPa, an oil resistance greater than 1800 h and a neutral salt spray performance greater than 288 h at 170° C.

The inputs are then forwarded to the root graphical elements. The inputs and target graphical elements may be recorded and played back (as-is or modified) on the same or different AUT. Thin-shell spheres can be quickly softened and ruptured within a short time in the heat-expansion process, and with the volatilization of an organic solvent, the coating composition cross-links with a resin matrix in the coating to form a cross-linked network structure, thus strengthening the gap support of the coating, and enabling the coating to achieve stepped expansion. After expansion, some polymer materials wrap an airbag and harden to form a stable hollow structure. Therefore, the expanded coating can be used for the fixation of high temperature-resistant parts, and can maintain adhesive stability when placed in a high-temperature environment (140-180° C.) for a long time.
