Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to providing digital health services. In some embodiments, systems and methods for conducting virtual or remote sessions between patients and clinicians are disclosed. During the sessions, media content (e.g., images, video content, audio content, etc.) may be captured as the patient performs one or more tasks. The media content may be presented to the clinician and used to evaluate a condition of the patient or a state of the condition, adjust treatment parameters, provide therapy, or other operations to treat the patient. The analysis of the media content may be aided by one or more machine learning/artificial intelligence models that analyze various aspects of the media content, augment the media content, or other functionality to aid in the treatment of the patient.

  • Patent number: 11564095
Abstract: Techniques for pillar location for a mobile device are described, and may be implemented via a mobile device to identify frequently visited locations and to perform different tasks for the mobile device at the frequented locations. Generally, the described techniques enable a mobile device to generate precise representations of frequented locations known as “pillar locations” without relying on conventional location determination techniques. Further, specific actions can be performed when the mobile device is detected at a pillar location, such as automatically unlocking the mobile device from a locked state.

  • Publication number: 20230013879
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a grounding cuff having a flexible body and an inflatable bladder disposed within the flexible body. The inflatable body is configurable to an inflated state and a deflated state. In the inflated stated, the inflatable bladder applies pressure to the grounding cuff to provide and maintain improved contact between the ground cuff and skin of a patient. Additionally, the inflatable bladder includes an inlet configured to receive a fluid from a hose, the inflatable bladder configured to the inflated state based on the fluid received via the hose. The grounding cuff may include a grounding pad coupled to a ground terminal to extract energy from the patient during a medical therapy, such as ablation therapy. The inflatable bladder may be configured to the inflated state to promote strong contact between the grounding pad and skin of the patient.

  • Patent number: 11432132
Abstract: In aspects of dropping extraneous discovery messages, a device application can initiate a discovery message in a device, such as a multicast message initiated for network discovery or discovery of network services. The device implements a status module that can interpose the routing of the discovery message in the device, and determine whether a response to a previous discovery message was received. The status module can also determine a device state of the device, where the device state can indicate whether a discovery message response is necessary. The status module is implemented to drop the discovery message if the response to the previous discovery message was not received and based on the device state indicating that a discovery message response is extraneous.

  • Publication number: 20220180999
Abstract: Implementations for adaptive context sensitive time division multiplexed scheduling and execution of tasks to be performed by a high frequency ablation system, such as an RF ablation system, are disclosed. The implementations may be effectuated in software, firmware, or both. Tasks may be categorized into categories corresponding to task priorities. Time blocks may be allocated during which execution of the tasks may be performed. The time blocks may be divided into time slots. A task may be assigned to a time slot based, at least in part, on a categorization priority of the task. Additionally, each task may be executed according to the schedule delineated by the time slots. An assignment of tasks to time slots may be adjusted based, at least in part, on data received at a high frequency ablation device of the high frequency ablation system.

  • Publication number: 20220133406
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an RF ablation system including a plurality of electrodes, a ground pad, and a signal generator. The electrodes are positioned at respective tissue sites within a patient's body, and the ground pad is positioned on the patient's body. The signal generator is coupled to the ground pad and the electrodes via corresponding channels including a selected channel and unselected channels. The signal generator commutates switching circuits for the corresponding channels to close the selected channel and to open the unselected channels, and measures a first impedance over the selected channel. The signal generator commutates the switching circuits to close the selected channel and the unselected channels, and then measures a second impedance. The signal generator computes a difference between the first and second impedances, and determines the ground pad has at least a poor electrical connection to the patient's body when the difference exceeds a threshold.

  • Patent number: 11304141
Abstract: Various different types of computing devices include a modem that allows the computing device to communicate wirelessly with other devices using various different radio access technologies (RATs). During operation of the computing device, the modem scans for a cell to connect to using a particular RAT, and once found connects to the cell. The computing device also includes a modem scan management system that manages the modem scanning for a cell to connect to, controlling the modem's scanning for a cell to connect to, such as stopping scanning using a particular RAT or reducing the frequency of the scans until movement of the computing device by a significant amount is detected. In response to a significant amount of movement being detected, scanning using the particular RAT can resume or the frequency of the scans can be increased.

  • Publication number: 20210368412
Abstract: In aspects of managing FTM frames of WLAN RTT bursts, a device can receive a WLAN RTT burst, such as initiated by a device application, device firmware, or received as a RTT ranging request. The device implements a status module that interposes the routing of the ranging request in the device, and determines a device state of the device with a device state monitor of the status module. The status module is implemented to drop the ranging request if the device is an idle device state such that the ranging request is extraneous. Alternatively, the status module is implemented to reduce a number of FTM frames in the ranging request based on the device state indicating that multiple FTM frames of the ranging request are extraneous, and then route to perform the ranging request of the WLAN RTT burst with the reduced number of FTM frames in the ranging request.

  • Publication number: 20200404519
Abstract: A computing device initiates wireless RTT ranging communication with a wireless device by specifying a source address (e.g., a MAC address or BSSID) of the wireless device in frames sent to the wireless device. The computing device determines situations in which a wireless device is using multiple source addresses. If a wireless device is using multiple source addresses, the computing device performs wireless RTT ranging with the wireless device using less than all (e.g., a single one) of the multiple source addresses. The computing device performs wireless RTT ranging with less than all of the source addresses used by the wireless device because the distance between the computing device and the wireless device is the same regardless of which of the multiple source addresses the wireless device is using.
