Abstract: A system for establishing a junction trace of an assembly includes a surface model creating module, a processing module, and a material inspection module. The assembly includes a first part and a second part assembled with each other. The surface model creating module scans the first part and the second part to separately establish first surface model data and second surface model data. The processing module establishes assembled surface model data according to the first surface model data and the second surface model data, determines a junction region from the assembled surface model data, and determines inspection points mapped on the assembly according to the junction region. The material inspection module inspects materials of the assembly at the inspection points. The processing module establishes a junction trace of the first part and the second part in the assembly according to a material inspection result.

  • Publication number: 20210187745
Abstract: An automated calibration system for a workpiece coordinate frame of a robot includes a physical image sensor having a first image central axis, and a controller for controlling the physical image sensor adapted on a robot to rotate by an angle to set up a virtual image sensor having a second image central axis. The first and the second image central axes are intersected at an intersection point. The controller controls the robot to repeatedly move back and forth a characteristic point on the workpiece between these two axes until the characteristic point overlaps the intersection point. The controller records a calibration point including coordinates of joints of the robot, then the controller moves another characteristic point and repeats the foregoing movement to generate several other calibration points. According to the calibration points, the controller calculates relative coordinates of a virtual tool center point and the workpiece to the robot.

  • Publication number: 20210145679
Abstract: The inflatable air mattress of the present invention comprises: a plurality of supporting air cells, a plurality of heat dissipating air cells and an inflating device. The supporting air cells are arranged in parallel to form a supporting mattress surface. The heat dissipating air cell is connected to one side of the supporting air cell. The heat dissipating air cell is provided with a plurality of air holes. The inflating device is capable of inflating the heat dissipating air cells and the supporting air cells with gas. The gas will be discharged from the air holes to form a heat dissipating airflow toward the support mattress surface. The present invention creates airflow through separately spaced heat dissipating air cells de, so that the air cells are not pressed by the patient, improving the lack of easily obstructed in airflow supply in the conventional mattress.

  • Publication number: 20210128383
Abstract: A multifunctional mattress overlay of the present invention comprises an air cell body, a gas pipe set and an inflating device. The air cell body has multiple first and second air cells. The first and second air cells both have a left and right air chamber. The gas pipe set respectively connects to the left and right air chambers. The inflating device is connected to the gas pipe set, and can selectively inflate and/or deflate the left and right air chambers, which makes the air cell body show an alternate state. The inflating device can inflate and/or deflate all the right or all left air chambers separately, which makes the air cell body show a turnover state. Through it, the air cell body can selectively in the alternating state or the turnover state, which makes the air cell body massage the patient and also assist the patient in turning over.

  • Publication number: 20200319728
Abstract: A touchpad assembly for used in a housing of an electronic device is provided. The touchpad assembly includes: a touchpad and a slider. The touchpad is disposed in the housing, and includes a touch bump. The slider includes a base and a plurality of top abutment surfaces. The slider is slidably disposed in the housing, causing the touch bump to be correspondingly positioned on any of the top abutment surfaces to generate a touch stroke. The plurality of top abutment surfaces is arranged on an upper surface of the base, and there is a height difference between adjacent ones of the top abutment surfaces, causing the touch stroke to increase. An adjustable stroke of a touchpad is implemented, so that an idle stroke is increased when the touch of the touchpad is weak or dead, and the idle stroke is reduced when the touch of the touch panel is intense, thereby achieving a good pressing touch.

  • Patent number: 10122152
Abstract: A vertical-cavity surface-emitting Laser (VCSEL) has a three-trench structure. By forming a first trench within a mesa around the periphery of an output window of the VCSEL, the overall capacitance is decreased and the time used in the oxidation process for an oxidation layer is shortened. By forming a second trench and a third trench on the periphery of the mesa in a step-like concave manner, the mesa becomes a step-like structure having double mesa-layers. Such that, a larger heat-radiating area can be obtained for decreasing thermal effects, while the metal-gap defects of the metal layer can also be avoided. The implant layer is formed around the periphery of the output window for controlling the optical mode and confining the current path. In addition, an output layer is formed on the output window for controlling the output light.

  • Patent number: 9952387
Abstract: An optical fiber transmission system with a laser beam splitting and combining device includes a laser beam splitting and combining device receiving a laser beam from a laser device and projecting the laser beam onto a target through an objective lens. The laser beam splitting and combining device has a beam splitter, two transmitters, two receivers and a beam combiner. When the beam splitter divides the received laser beam and transmits the divided laser beams to the transmitters, the transmitters transmit the divided laser beams to the receivers through two optical fibers. The receivers send the divided laser beams to the beam combiner for the beam combiner to combine the divided laser beams into an output laser beam projected on the target through the objective lens. Given the optical transmission path of the laser beam splitting and combining device, the laser transmission distance can be extended.

  • Patent number: 9610858
Abstract: Techniques are presented for more efficient three-phase inverter control for electrified vehicles (EVs). The techniques can be executed by a controller of an EV that includes one or more processors. Specifically, the techniques include closed-loop discontinuous pulse-width modulation (DPWM) control of a three-phase inverter based on electric motor current feedback. The three-phase inverter control techniques can be further based on electric motor/rotor position feedback. Based on the feedback, the techniques can select one of a plurality of zero-voltage vectors in real-time. The selected zero-voltage vector can be used when generating duty cycles for switching of the three-phase inverter, which can result in decreased switching losses and increased efficiency of the three-phase inverter.

  • Patent number: 9312800
Abstract: A system and method for controlling an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) are presented. In an exemplary implementation, phase current ripple estimation techniques are utilized for variable frequency switching pulse-width modulation control of the IPMSM. In one implementation, the method includes controlling a three-phase inverter based on an initial switching frequency to generate a three-phase alternating current (AC) voltage for the IPMSM. Transformed voltages are determined in a rotating reference frame based on the three-phase AC voltage in the stationary reference frame. Current ripples are determined in the rotating reference frame based on the transformed voltages. Phase current ripples are determined in the stationary reference frame based on the current ripples in the rotating reference frame. A modified switching frequency for the three-phase inverter is determined based on the initial switching frequency and the phase current ripples.

  • Patent number: 9227311
Abstract: A device to remove a metal servo horn in an efficient way by utilizing the lifting force to separate servo horn from a servo output shaft when screw is rotated counter-clockwise and hits against the concave of lower surface of upper front plate of the device. Clamping force provided by two fastening members combines the device and servo horn into one integrated unit to avoid the distortion of open end of the device when lifting force is greater than rigidity of the device. When a lifting force for removing the integrated unit is applied in direction opposite to installing direction of servo horn, it overcomes the friction between the inner splines of servo horn and the outer splines of servo output shaft then separates both splines. The removal of the servo horn from the servo output shaft is achieved.
