The electronic device includes a first processor, a second processor, an always on display AOD module, and a display. The first processor is a main processor and is configured to run an operating system. The operating system includes a push client and a user interface UI display module. The second processor is configured to serve as a coprocessor or a microprocessor. The method includes: The second processor obtains a first push message that is received by the electronic device in a screen-off state and that is from a server; the second processor parses the first push message, and sends the processed first push message to the AOD module; and the AOD module controls the display to display the processed first push message in a screen-off manner.

Abstract: A system receives a source database language statement according to a first dialect, determines a pattern of the source database language statement, the pattern comprising an abstract representation of the source database language statement, and checks whether the determined pattern is present in a cache of translations between patterns according to the first dialect and corresponding patterns according to a second dialect different from the first dialect. In response to the determined pattern being present in the cache of translations, the system converts, using a corresponding translation in the cache of translations, the source database language statement according to the first dialect to a respective target database language statement according to the second dialect.

Abstract: A nickase encoded by Shewanella integrated temperate phage fragments and an application thereof are provided. The nickase is derived from Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 (ATCC 700550), the amino acid sequence of the nickase is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2, and the nucleotide sequence of the nickase is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. It can break a specific part of one of single strands of double-stranded DNA. The nickase has a wide range of action temperatures and good cutting effects, and has wide application values in the fields of nucleic acid isothermal amplification and the like.

Abstract: A method for identifying an enzyme digestion site of a nucleic acid nickase is provided. The method uses mNGS sequencing to obtain nucleic acid sequence data before and after enzyme digestion, uses Bowite2 and samtools software to analyze second-generation sequencing data, and obtains the action site of the nickase according to the depth and analysis of single-base sequencing. The method does not need to clarify the sequence of the nucleic acid to be cut, takes a short time and low budget, and thus has a good application prospect.

Abstract: This application discloses an application widget setting method and a related device. An electronic device may combine and arrange a plurality of application widgets (for example, an application widget provided by a local device, and/or an application widget provided by a remote device that establishes a communication connection to the local device) to generate and display a composite application widget. In addition, the electronic device may further run the composite application widget according to preset logic. This can resolve a problem that the plurality of application widgets cannot be effectively connected in series, link with each other, and interact with each other, improve use value of the application widgets, and improve user experience.

Abstract: Techniques for collecting database information related to a received request are disclosed herein. In one embodiment a system includes a database, an event detector, and a structured query language (“SQL”) enumerator. The event detector is configured to identify a received request as producing one or more database query language statements and to define an event delimiting processing of the request. The SQL enumerator is configured to record, based on the event, information indicative of how the database processed the statements produced during the event. The SQL enumerator is further configured to provide the recorded information and an indication of a relationship of the information to the request to an issuer of the request.
