The rotating device includes a bearer, the optical distance measuring device is disposed on the bearer, and the rotating device is configured to rotate the optical distance measuring device via the bearer. The wireless signal transmitter is coupled to the optical distance measuring device, disposed on a second side of the optical distance measuring device, and configured to transmit a signal including the original data. The first side of the optical distance measuring device is different from the second side thereof.
