    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to video telephony are provided. A device may proactively reduce the bitrate at which video is encoded at the beginning of a video call based on one or more radio metrics. Radio metrics used may include received signal strength indicator (RSSI), received signal received quality (RSRQ), received signal received power (RSRP), signal to noise ratio (SNR), power headroom (PHR), and block error rate (BER). The proactive reduction in bitrate is done prior to transmitting or receiving video data. The device may also request that a second device which is transmitting video do so at a reduced bitrate.

    Abstract: A packaged fabric refreshening product for refreshening a fabric surface and reducing odor therefrom includes a liquid fabric freshening composition and a spray dispenser for dispensing the liquid fabric freshening composition. The liquid fabric freshening composition includes a liquid carrier and from 1 wt % to 5 wt % of cyclodextrin. The spray dispenser is a manually activated trigger-type spray dispenser, which, upon activation by a single movement of a trigger mechanism, is capable of continuously dispensing the liquid fabric freshening composition for a duration of at least 0.4 seconds. An effective amount of such liquid fabric freshening composition can be sprayed through such manually activated trigger-type spray dispenser onto a fabric surface, such as those on beddings, mattresses, sofas or carpets, which that is substantially planar with a minimal dimension of no less than 0.6 meters.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a request to a network entity to establish a voice communication session with another UE that may be subscribed to a video service. The UE may transmit an indication of a video streaming parameter for the video service for streaming one-way video transmissions from the network entity to the UE for display during establishment of the voice communication session. The UE may transmit an indication of an updated video streaming parameter to the network entity to reduce the video quality for the video service. The network entity may reduce the video streaming quality for the one or more one-way video transmissions to the UE based on the updated video streaming parameter.

The method provides for attempting a mobile originated packet switched call, by a user equipment (UE), across a packet switched network with a transmission control protocol (TCP) connection of the Internet Protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS) session. A silent redial of the mobile originated packet switched call is performed in response to a failure of the mobile originated packet switched call, via a circuit switched network. A keep alive message is transmitted over the packet switched network after the circuit switched network call, which allows reconnection to the packet switched network.

In a data synchronization system, a mapping system receives a first data set from a first network element and receives a second data set from a second network element. A comparison system then processes the first object and the second object as mapped to identify differences between the objects, and generates information indicating the differences.     Abstract: The present invention provides a method, communication system, and Internet Call Waiting/Holding (ICW/H) server for providing internet call waiting service without dropping the connection between a computer and an Internet Service Provider (ISP). A computer, via a modem or the like, initiates an internet call waiting connection between the computer and the ISP via a switch. The ISP assigns a dynamic Internet Protocol (IP) address to the computer for the internet call waiting connection. The computer sends the directory number and the dynamic IP address of the computer to an Internet Call Waiting/Holding (ICW/H) server, which stores them. The ICW/H server sends a message to the switch indicating that the call waiting service is active. The switch, upon receiving an incoming call request intended for the computer while the internet call waiting connection is active, routes the incoming call request to the ICW/H server.
