    Abstract: A cell for use in an electrochemical cell, that includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte, and a separator in the form of a zeolite-based material comprising one or more naturally occurring or synthetically synthesized zeolites applied directly to at least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The positive electrode configured so that non-reactive metal ions are reversibly extracted there from and inserted therein. The negative electrode configured to reversibly accept and release the non-reactive metal ions. The electrolyte positioned between and in contact with the negative electrode and the positive electrode, such that the electrolyte supports a reversible flow of the non-reactive metal ions between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The separator being configured to electrically isolate the positive electrode from the negative electrode, while being permeable to the reversible flow of the non-reactive metal ions there through.

    Abstract: An ambient temperature barocaloric refrigerating machine has a high-precision high-pressure electric injection pump, a barocaloric element, heat exchange fluid, a cold end heat exchanger and a hot end heat exchanger. The phenomena of heat release after pressurization and heat absorption after depressurization are generated due to phase change through a barocaloric medium under the action of the high-pressure injection pump. The heat exchange fluid flows back and forth between the barocaloric refrigerators and exchanges heat and cold. The high-precision high-pressure electric injection pump provides pressure for the barocaloric refrigeration cycle. The pressurization oil is also used as the heat exchange fluid and in direct contact with a sample. Pressure-driven heat and cold are directly brought into the hot end heat exchanger and the cold end heat exchanger to complete the cycle, thereby reducing the heat loss.

Upon experimental verification, the phosphonic acid compound of the present invention has good ENPP1 kinase inhibition activity, and can be used as a therapeutic agent for ENPP1-related diseases, and the phosphonic acid compound has good metabolic stability in-vivo. In addition, the phosphonate or amide prodrug compound provided by the present invention has relatively high oral bioavailability, and can overcome the defect that a phosphonic acid original drug compound cannot be taken orally.
