The method includes: obtaining an initial video shot by a photographing apparatus at a fixed angle of view, where the initial video includes a plurality of frames of images; cropping, based on a preset trajectory, the plurality of frames of images in the initial video; and combining the cropped plurality of frames of images to obtain a target video. In this way, a video with a smoothly moving field of view may be obtained based on a video shot at a fixed angle of view, thereby improving a user's shooting experience.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for generating training data based on a deformable Gaussian kernel in a crowd counting system, which includes steps of: finding a set of overlapping Gaussian kernels from training data; stretching an occluded Gaussian kernel; rotating the occluded Gaussian kernel; adjusting a center point coordinate of the occluded Gaussian kernel; and determining whether there is any Gaussian kernel that have not been selected yet in the training data, and outputting a resulted crowd density map having gray values as training data. Therefore, feature similarity between the crowd density map in the training data and an actual picture is effectively increased so that a regular pattern between the training data and the actual picture can be more readily learned by a convolutional neural network and an accuracy of the crowd counting system is improved.

    Abstract: An intermediate relay maloperation preventing device and method based on an improved recursive wavelet algorithm is provided. The device includes a power supply module, a voltage sampling circuit, an analog-to-digital conversion module, a DSP chip, and a relay maloperation signal shielding module. The voltage sampling circuit is connected to the analog-to-digital conversion module. The analog-to-digital conversion module is connected to the DSP chip. The DSP chip is connected to and controls a relay signal control module. The voltage sampling circuit collects a voltage. An improved recursive wavelet is used to extract a voltage feature. As such, identification of a fault signal and a normal signal is achieved, and real-time fault monitoring is accomplished. The detection method may be easily implemented, exhibits good filtering performance and anti-interference capability, delivers high detection accuracy, and may accomplish real-time online monitoring of intermediate relay faults.

    Abstract: Water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion compositions having freeze-thaw stability are provided which include water, at least one hydrocarbon solvent, at least one nonionic emulsifier, and at least one freeze-thaw stabilizer which either prevents breaking of the emulsion after a freeze-thaw cycle or enables the emulsion to be re-formed following breaking after a freeze-thaw cycle by simple shaking of the emulsion composition.     Abstract: A vector-valued regularized kernel function approximation (VVRKFA) based fault diagnosis method for an analog circuit comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining fault response voltage signals of an analog circuit; (2) performing wavelet packet transform on the collected signals, and calculating wavelet packet coefficient energy values as feature parameters; (3) optimizing regularization parameters and kernel parameters of VVRKFA by using a quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm and training a fault diagnosis model; and (4) identifying a circuit fault by using the trained diagnosis model. In the invention, the classification performance of the VVRKFA method is superior to other classification algorithms, and optimization of parameters by the quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) algorithm is also superior to the traditional method of obtaining parameters.
