The method includes: A first device receives a first packet including a network identifier of a virtual local area network and an original packet. The first device obtains a first identifier based on an identifier of the second host and the network identifier, where the first identifier is used to identify a second device, a segment routing over internet protocol version 6 (SRv6) tunnel exists between the first device and the second device, the first identifier includes an indication identifier used to indicate the second device to convert a format of a packet forwarded through the SRv6 tunnel into a format of a packet forwarded through a first network virtualization over layer 3 (NVO3) tunnel. The first device sends an SRv6 packet including the first identifier and the original packet to the second device through the SRv6 tunnel.

The method comprises: in response to the response time exceeding the first predetermined threshold, obtaining trace information related to the file system operation. In addition, the method further comprises determining, by analyzing the trace information, one or more factors that cause timeout of the file system operation.

A smart contract is deployed for deduplication on the destination side of nucleotide sequences comprising the DNA string, and the deduplicated nucleotide sequences are encoded into a Binary Aligned Map (BAM) format for storage as metadata on the blockchain. A process on the destination side synthesizes the deduplicated nucleotides for storage in the DNA storage, and stores the deduplicated nucleotides in the DNA storage as a next block in the blockchain only if the next block agrees with the smart contract.

    Abstract: A method, system, and apparatus for the rapid detection of analyte(s) of interest are disclosed which can provide high sensitivity quantification of the analyte concentration in a lateral follow assay. The method includes labeling detection molecules with magnetic particles and immobilizing the magnetic particles on a nitrocellulose membrane upon specific biochemical recognition and binding. An external magnetic field is applied to the magnetic particles to induce magnetic induction, and a magnetoresistance sensor is positioned close to the membrane and magnetic particles. A periodic signal in the sensor is produced when a mechanical oscillatory movement is provided to the membrane relative to the sensor (or vice versa). Triggered time averaging of signals in synchronization with the oscillatory motion enables noise reduction of less than 30 dB and significant improvement of assay sensitivity.

    Abstract: A card edge connector with a locking system, which may include a locking member integrally formed with a connector housing. Such a configuration may provide a simple and secure locking system. Such a configuration may support connecting two parallel boards, each with a card edge connector, through a riser board with opposite ends inserted into the two connectors. Relative rotation of the board with respect to the connectors enables skew, in a direction parallel to the surfaces of the parallel boards, while securing each of those boards to the riser board.

Also, the method includes returning the amplifier of the first card from the forced APR condition back to the normal operating condition after receiving an indication that the fiber disconnection state has cleared.
