    Abstract: A method for reducing the risk of burning and explosion in a deoxygenation process of an oxygen-containing gas includes multiple steps. According to this method, in the presence of a gaseous alkane, hydrogen reacts with an oxygen-containing gas from which an unsaturated hydrocarbon has been removed. The oxygen-containing gas contains the oxygen and the unsaturated hydrocarbon, and the content of the oxygen in the oxygen-containing gas is greater than 0.5% by volume. A gaseous alkane is introduced to reduce the risk of burning and explosion of a mixed gas. A hydrocatalytic reaction is carried out to promote oxygen in the mixed gas to react with hydrogen to produce water, which removes oxygen from the oxygen-containing gas and also effectively inhibits carbon deposition on the surface of a catalyst and the production of a carbon oxide, which enhances the toleration for fluctuation of the oxygen content in a raw gas.

In response to a user request in the spreadsheet application to use a first custom function, the second implementation of the custom function is invoked.

    Abstract: A method of preparing epoxypropane by direct epoxidation of propylene includes the steps of contacting a mixed gas consisting of a reaction feed gas and a diluent gas with a catalyst to carry out reaction under reaction conditions of propylene epoxidation to prepare epoxypropane. The reaction feed gas contains propylene, oxygen gas and hydrogen gas while at least a portion of the diluent gas is a gaseous olefin. Using gaseous olefin as at least a portion of the diluent gas to perform propylene epoxidation can significantly extend service life of the catalyst, effectively reduce the used amount of diluent gas, and improve the reaction selectivity and propylene conversion rate.

Its micropore specific surface area accounts for 50-90% of the total specific surface area. A catalyst contains the titanium silicalite molecular sieve carrier and is loaded with nano-gold particles. The catalyst has a micropore volume of 0.06-0.4 cm3/g and a particle size of 100-250 nm. The catalyst is prepared by subjecting the titanium silicalite molecular sieve to an alkaline treatment with an aqueous aliphatic amine solution and then loading same with nano-gold particles. The catalyst is used for an olefin epoxidation reaction, a cycloolefin epoxidation reaction, a phenol hydroxylation reaction, and a cyclohexanone ammoximation reaction.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of energy chemical industry, and disclosed are a gliding arc plasma reactor, and a method for converting methane by means of plasma. The reactor comprises a reactor chamber and a gliding arc plasma generator arranged in the reactor chamber, wherein the gliding arc plasma generator comprises at least two arc surface electrodes which are symmetrically distributed, such that a discharge area can be formed between the arc surface electrodes. According to the gliding arc plasma reactor provided in the present invention, the conversion rate of methane can be significantly improved when methane is converted into olefin; the selectivity of ethylene in the product is improved; and carbon deposition is significantly reduced. In addition, compared with a traditional process for preparing olefin from methane, no CO2 is generated; the ignition and explosion risk is avoided; and the reactor is safer and more environmentally friendly.
