The longitudinal beams and the cross beam are connected with each other, and the longitudinal beams and the cross beam are arranged to support other structural components of the vehicle body structure. The longitudinal beams extend into the trunk. The air pump is connected with one of the longitudinal beams extending into the trunk. The air pump and the air tank are at both sides of a central axis of the vehicle body structure respectively, and are located close to the rear suspension.

Also are provided pharmaceutical compositions comprising such gene vehicles and a method for ameliorating Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) employing such gene delivery vehicles and pharmaceutical compositions.
