An active layer of the driving transistor contains silicon. The gate reset transistor is electrically connected to a second electrode of the driving transistor, and an active layer of the gate reset transistor contains metal oxide. Alternatively, an active layer of an electrode reset transistor contains metal oxide. The present disclosure can raise a voltage of a low-level signal required for controlling a transistor, such that a difference between a high-level signal and the low-level signal required for controlling the transistor decreases, thereby reducing power consumption.
