Abstract: A liquid crystal display device includes a support frame having a bottom wall, and a main surrounding wall extending upwardly from and formed integrally as one piece with the bottom wall. The bottom wall and the surrounding wall cooperatively define a receiving space. The bottom wall includes a first support disposed in the receiving space. The main surrounding wall includes a second support disposed in the receiving space and spacedly above the first support. A backlight module is supported on the first support. A liquid crystal display panel is supported on the second support so that the liquid crystal display panel is positioned above the backlight module.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for providing a user interface are provided. The method includes determining a status of the mobile terminal, and rendering a user interface using one of the software mode and the hardware mode based on the status of the mobile terminal. Accordingly, because a hardware mode provides a high quality user interface but requires more power as compared to the software mode, the mobile terminal is able to reduce power consumption by automatically switching to the software mode based on the status of the mobile terminal.

In addition, an AT-rich sequence that enhances translation under cold shock inducible conditions is either present in the coding sequence of the heterologous polypeptide or in an additional element inserted between the coding sequence and the cold shock inducible promoter and 5?-UTR.

A bubble generator assembly is provided to generate bubbles that can be used as targets for the water gun. A pump handle is provided to pump air into the water container and to simultaneously actuate the bubble generator assembly. A trigger assembly is provided to allow a user to selectively fire water out of the water gun.
