    Abstract: An endoscopic image segmentation method based on a single image and a deep learning network achieves real-time and accurate segmentation for a single case, and provides support for making a treatment plan based on an endoscopic image in clinical medicine. The endoscopic image segmentation method first proposes a single image-based training set generation method to automatically generate a training set, and further proposes a lightweight deep learning network EUnet to perform feature fitting on the generated training set, to achieve endoscopic image segmentation and obtain a segmentation result of a lesion region. The endoscopic image segmentation method can significantly improve segmentation accuracy and has advantages of a small volume, high real-time performance, and easy operation.

Keywords to be queried are firstly input by means of a user interface, and collected news text information on the web pages is saved in a local database; a text representation module performs vector representation by using a Doc2Vec representation algorithm, so as to convert each news text into a low-dimensional text feature vector with a high amount of information; and a similarity network construction module calculates the similarity between news, constructs a news similarity network by taking a calculated similarity matrix as an adjacent matrix of a news related network, determines whether a similarity network is traversed, if so, iteratively calculates an HR value of the vector according to an H-index supporting contribution matrix, performs weight sorting on the news by using the HR value, and predicts top-N pieces of news as front page news.

The video encoding scheme estimates drifting errors during the encoding and chooses a coding mode for each macroblock in the enhancement layer to maximize high coding efficiency while minimizing drifting errors.

We introduce a technique which transforms an input vector, or array, representing a portion of an arbitrarily-shaped object block in which the maximum horizontal or vertical extension is at most N, by adding to it additional padding elements, to produce a vector or array which can be encoded using an N×N discrete cosine transform. The padding maximises the number of transformed elements which are zero. We propose encoding arbitrarily-shaped objects based on this padding technique.
