The data acquisition system is configured to acquire video information in a room and a voice content of a person in the room, and transmit the video information and the voice content to the information processing system; the information processing system is configured to obtain voice command information based on the voice content and age information and safety state information of the person based on the video information, and transmit the voice command information, the age information and the safety state information to the terminal control system; and the terminal control system is configured to control a terminal lighting fixture, and perform capturing of an image of the person and perform voice alarming according to the safety state information.
