The system includes a data acquisition system, an information processing system, and a terminal control system. The data acquisition system is configured to acquire video information in a room and a voice content of a person in the room, and transmit the video information and the voice content to the information processing system; the information processing system is configured to obtain voice command information based on the voice content and age information and safety state information of the person based on the video information, and transmit the voice command information, the age information and the safety state information to the terminal control system; and the terminal control system is configured to control a terminal lighting fixture, and perform capturing of an image of the person and perform voice alarming according to the safety state information.

    Abstract: A system and a method are provided to create an indoor thermal environment based on impinging jet ventilation (IJV) and ductless personalized ventilation (DPV), the system includes an IJV duct installed on a wall of a room and a DPV device installed on a table. An air inlet of the IJV duct is connected to an air conditioning system and an air outlet of the IJV duct is close to ground. An upper duct and a lower duct of the DPV device are disposed on two opposite sides of a tabletop, the upper duct is provided with an air supply panel, the lower duct is provided with a duct fan with an air supply volume being adjustable, and the duct fan is configured to send air absorbed from a ground air lake to a user’s face area through the air supply panel of the upper duct.

The method includes: obtaining thermal sensation data of each target person based on facial skin temperature; calculating group thermal sensation data of each subarea and total group thermal sensation data of an artificial fog pipe network area; determining a total flow of fog-making water introduced into the artificial fog pipe network according to target number of people and total group thermal sensation data; controlling opening gears of atomization nozzles on the artificial fog pipe networks in subareas according to a number of the target person in each subarea, the group thermal sensation data and a micro-action type of each target person. The method can realize purposes of saving energy, reducing emission, accurately controlling the flow of the fog-making water, and the people-oriented aim and outdoor group heat comfort maximization.
