The first converter and the second converter are connected in series in a power supply circuit, where an input terminal of the first converter is electrically connected to a power grid, an output terminal of the second converter is electrically connected to a load, and the DC energy accumulator is electrically connected between the first converter and the second converter. The controller is configured to control the DC energy accumulator to supply power to the load.

A heat exchange apparatus is arranged inside a distributed CDU, where an external passage and an internal passage are arranged inside the heat exchange apparatus. A water-cooled backplane is communicated with the external passage, the external passage is connected to a liquid return main pipeline, the liquid return main pipeline is connected to a first cooling tower, the water-cooled backplane is connected to a liquid supply main pipeline, and the liquid supply main pipeline is connected to the first cooling tower. The internal passage is connected to a second cooling tower, the second cooling tower is connected to a liquid inlet of a region to be cooled, and a liquid outlet of the region to be cooled is connected to a liquid inlet of the internal passage.
