The communication method includes: generating a first message frame, the first message frame including group indication information of an access device, and the group indication information being configured for indicating information about a device group that performs data transmission after a transmission of the first message frame and the device group including one or more access devices; and transmitting the first message frame to the device group, to trigger the one or more access devices in the device group indicated by the group indication information to perform the data transmission.
