Abstract: A support for the head and neck comprises a cushion that extends upwardly from at least one of the user's shoulders to at least a portion of one of the user's ears. The support can include means for varying both the size and shape of the cushion so that its dimensions can be varied during use by an individual user and configured for use by many individuals. The support also can include means for attaching or enclosing one or more audio devices so that, for example, music or soothing sounds can be provided to one or both ears of a user. The invention is positioned at least partly by one or both of an adjustable attachment strap and a positioning scrim. The positioning scrim can be reversibly interposed between the user's back and a chair in which the user is seated.
