Abstract: An adapter device (1) for reducing or eliminating the potential bacterial contamination in a process of extraction or transfer of blood components from at least one container (3) to a recipient or any applicable destination, thereby increasing user safety, that comprises a body (2) provided with at least one first area (2a) designed to be approached or attached to at least one container (3) and at least one second area (2b) designed to remain accessible to the exterior, and at least one needle (7) that projects from each first area (2a) and is capable of piercing a pierceable area (3a) of a container (3). The needle (7) presents an inner tube (8) that communicates with an inner tube (9) of the body (2), which in turn leads to an opening (4) in a second area (2b), and at least one flexible part (10) that maintains each inner tube (9) of the body (2) closed.

Abstract: Method for the preparation of at least one compound with biological properties from blood, where said method is performed in sealed tubes at a pressure below atmospheric pressure, thereby reducing or preventing the bacterial contamination of the compound through handling. The method comprises the repetition, for as many times as is required, of the following steps: connecting a second container that is vacuum-sealed to an extraction device connected in turn to a first container that contains blood separated into fractions, waiting for a period of time until the required fraction (s) is/are transferred, and removing said second container, with it thus being possible to obtain several second containers with different compounds for different medical applications including biological therapies. The steps may be performed in a closed system, without removing the caps of the containers, or alternatively the first container may be opened prior to the introduction of the extraction device.

Abstract: Metal structure that serves as an internal support to a dental prosthesis, comprising at least two support posts (1) designed to be attached on respective dental implants (10), and at least one rod (3) for connecting two adjacent support posts (1), where at least one support post (1) comprises at least one protruding element (4a, 4b) that projects from its side, and at least one rod (3) that comprises a first end (5) provided with a blind hole (6) designed to receive a first protruding element (4a) of a support post (1), thus providing an articulated connection that acts like a ball joint, and a longitudinal recess (7) designed to receive a second protruding element (4b) of the adjacent support post (1). This structure is easy to prepare and to assemble.
