Abstract: A holster for accommodating a handgun having an attached, offset accessory, including walls defining a cavity for receiving the handgun and the attached accessory, a retention means that is capable of retaining a handgun and accessory in the holster, wherein the retention means includes a lever that is pivotally connected, via a pivot pin, to the first side wall approximately between a finger button end and an engagement end, wherein the engagement end includes a locking portion, formed on a second side of the engagement end, wherein the lever is pivotable between an engaged position and a disengaged position and wherein the lever is biased, via a spring means, to the engaged position, such that when the lever is in the engaged position, the locking portion may extend inside the cavity and inside the inner surface of the trigger guard of a handgun that is secured into the holster.

Abstract: A switch assembly that is utilized as a tail cap of a lighting device. The switch assembly comprises a depressible switch that allows the user to activate the lighting device. In an illustrative, non-limiting embodiment, the switch assembly has four channels, providing for at least three different light functions and a locking channel. Different channels are defined by the axial position of the rotatable portion relative to the lighting device body.

Abstract: A firearm stock having an internal cavity, a buttplate assembly and an engaging lever. The buttplate assembly has a base member including a locking leg. The locking leg includes a locking notch and the base member includes an attachment leg. The attachment leg includes an attachment aperture. The buttplate assembly is pivotally coupled, via an attachment pin, to a rear portion of the stock. The engaging lever is positioned through an aperture in an upper portion of the stock and comprises a body extending from a head to a locking tab. The body also includes a release notch in a central portion. The body is positioned within the locking notch when the buttplate assembly is in a closed position and the body is removed from the locking notch when the engaging lever is rotated into a release position.

Abstract: A folding stock assembly for firearms such as rifles and shotguns. The stock is made of metal rod that has been bent to form laterally spaced left and right elongated arm members that have rear ends connected to the top end of a U-shaped shoulder rest portion. The front end of the respective elongated arm members are pivotally connected to the rear end of a neck portion extending rearwardly from the upper end of the handgrip. There is structure in the interior of the end cap for locking the elongated arm members in either its static storage position or its rearward functional deployed position.
