  • Publication number: 20220222754
Abstract: A method for processing sensor input data captured from sensors placed in a production line. The method comprises receiving sensor input data from the sensors placed in the production line by a variables generator, wherein the variables generator comprises a first processor, a first data communications module and a first memory, generating a number of variables based on the sensor input data according to a variable generation schemed, transferring the number of variables to a key performance indicator generator, wherein the KPI generator comprises a second processor, a second data communications module and a second memory, generating a number of key performance indicators based on the number of variables according to a KPI generation scheme, and transferring the number of KPIs to a user interface enabled device.

  • Publication number: 20130232924
Abstract: A Packaging System comprising: a Packaging Line producing and packing Primary Packages to form Secondary Packages, Secondary Packages being produced in a sequential order and formed with Primary Packages in a sequential order; and a Package Tracing System allowing Primary Packages to be traced; wherein the Package Tracing System is configured to: compute, for each Secondary Package, a Primary Package Sequence Number for the first Primary Package in the Secondary Package and a Primary Package Sequence Number for the last Primary Package in the Secondary Package; compute, for each Secondary Package, a Primary Package Production Time for the first Primary Package and a Primary Package Production Time for the last Primary Package, based on the corresponding Primary Package Sequence Numbers; and store in a repository Primary Package Production Times for the first and the last Primary Packages in the Secondary Packages, along with associated Secondary Package Identifiers.
