  • Patent number: 10701810
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a circuit, in particular of a hearing aid, in which method a printed circuit board is made available with a first region and with a second region which are separated by means of a boundary. A component is mounted on the printed circuit board, wherein the component is positioned on the boundary. The first region is covered by means of a mask which has an edge, wherein the edge is positioned on the component, and the printed circuit board is provided with a coating. The coating is cut away in the region of the component and the mask is removed.

  • Patent number: 10667066
Abstract: A hearing device contains an electronic frame for holding electronic components. The hearing device has first and second resilient contacts. The resilient contacts are fastened to the electronic frame, and the resilient contacts reversibly electrically contact an electronic component using contact surfaces of a double-pole battery. The hearing device contains a rechargeable battery module that contains a rechargeable battery and an electronic convertor. The rechargeable battery module is connected in an articulated manner to the electronic frame so as to be able to move and contains connecting contacts that correspond to the resilient contacts. A kit is provided for the hearing device and the kit has a battery compartment door for reversibly holding the double-pole battery. The battery compartment door is connected to pivot on the electronic frame such that as the battery compartment door is pivoted into a closed position the contact surfaces of the double-pole battery are contacted.

  • Patent number: 10645503
Abstract: A method for producing a housing part of a hearing device. The housing part serves to receive electronic components of the hearing device in a housing interior. Fibers are used to build up a fiber skeleton for a wall of the housing part at least partially surrounding the housing interior. A mechanical property of the wall is varied in a predefined manner along a reference direction of the housing part by way of the fibers. The fiber skeleton is then infiltrated, at least over part of its longitudinal extent, with a matrix material. There is also described a housing part of a hearing device and a hearing device with a housing part formed with fibers.

  • Patent number: 10595140
Abstract: An electronics frame for a hearing device serves to hold electronic components and has a contact carrier. The carrier in turn has a first line connector, a second line connector, and a third line connector. The three line connectors serve to electrically contact at least one of the electronic components with a first connection contact, a second connection contact which is at a potential that is different from the first connection contact, and with a third connection contact of a storage battery module which has a rechargeable battery. The contact carrier moreover has a first insertion slot for receiving a first contact arm which serves to electrically contact a contact of a two-pole battery. A kit for the hearing device contains, in addition to the hearing device with the electronics frame, the storage battery module and at least the first contact arm for subsequent mounting on the contact carrier.

  • Publication number: 20120250923
Abstract: An auditory canal insert is to be produced which can be manufactured simply and cost-effectively and which is less susceptible to dirt, especially cerumen. To this end an auditory canal insert is proposed which has an at least essentially tubular inner section, an outer section lying at least in some area against a user's auditory canal wall when the device is being worn and a filter element, especially a cerumen-protection and/or attenuation element, in which the filter element is initially manufactured as a separate component and subsequently connected by an insert molding process in one piece with the inner section. For the filter element this thus enables a broad spectrum to be covered in respect of its acoustic and mechanical filter characteristics.

  • Patent number: 8275163
Abstract: A battery compartment for a behind-the-ear hearing device includes a battery compartment body having a battery receiving space for accommodating a battery and at least one latching element for locking to a hearing device housing. The latching element and the battery compartment body are formed of different materials and the latching element is disposed in a holding device in the battery compartment body. A behind-the-ear hearing device with a latching element and the use of polyoxymethylene for manufacturing the latching element, are likewise provided. As a result of the separation of the latching element and the battery compartment body and the use of different materials, a switching and locking function can be optimized and the wearing quality can be improved.

  • Patent number: 8094849
Abstract: A mechanically more stable and more complexly molded sound channel is to be provided for a hearing apparatus. Provision is made to this end for a sound channel, which has three sections in the longitudinal direction, the middle section of which has a different curvature or a larger internal circumference than the two outer sections, to be produced by injection molding. Here a negative of the sound channel is fixed within the injection molded form, with the negative consisting of a first material. The injection molded form with a second material, which has a higher melting point than the first material, is then extruded. The negative is then melted or burnt out of the cast sound channel. Very complex sound channel forms, for instance also with cavities and branching, can be realized in this way.

  • Publication number: 20110188689
Abstract: A hearing apparatus, more particularly a hearing aid, generally requires sound or electrical signals to be conducted from a housing, worn outside of an auditory canal of a user, to an earpiece which has been inserted into the auditory canal. An appropriate conduction device often has a soft tube. The tube must be fixedly connected to the earpiece so that the latter can be pulled out of the auditory canal using the tube. Nevertheless, the connection between the tube and the earpiece is made detachable by an appropriate plug so that the earpiece can be cleaned. The plug is attached as securely as possible to the soft tube. One end of the tube and a region of the plug may be encapsulated by a material by insert molding or the tube and the plug may be welded together. A method for producing a conduction device is also provided.
