  • Publication number: 20090296922
Abstract: A method of embedding information in a computer program code, including a plurality of program statements. The method comprises: parsing the computer program code to identify at least one program statement that includes a first mathematical expression, wherein said first mathematical expression includes at least a first algebraic expression adapted to produce at least one numeric result; generating a modified mathematical expression by performing a predetermined transformation of the first mathematical expression, wherein the modified mathematical expression includes a transformed algebraic expression instead of the first algebraic expression, such that the modified mathematical expression is adapted to produce the same result as the first mathematical expression, and wherein the modified mathematical expression is indicative of at least a part of said information; replacing said first mathematical expression in the identified program statement by the modified mathematical expression.

  • Patent number: 7377232
Abstract: In an automatic milking installation including a robot arm (2) with a gripper (3) for attaching teat cups (4) to the teats of an animal, e.g. a cow, to be milked, for applying a teat dip to the teats after milking different members, such as spray nozzles (5a, 5b), dipping cups (5c, 5d) and sponge or cloth rollers (5e), are provided for applying different teat dip compositions. Under the control of a computer, the robot arm collects the member (5) appropriate for supplying the selected composition and takes it to a position appropriate for application of that composition. The selection can e effected in dependence upon the teat skin condition, e.g. detected by a camera (15) and/or environmental conditions.

  • Patent number: 7198003
Abstract: The present invention refers to an arrangement and a method for milking of animals. The arrangement includes a number of milking stations (1), a central milk-receiving unit (30–32), and a transport conduit (15). Each milking station (1) includes a set of teatcups to be attached to the animal to be milked, a local milk-collecting unit, a milk discharge conduit (12) and a feeding member. The transport conduit (15) connects each milk discharge conduit to the central milk-receiving unit for the transport of milk from each milking station to the central receiving unit. The feeding member of each milking station is arranged to feed the milk from the milk-collecting unit to the transport conduit (15) via the milk discharge conduit (12). The transport conduit (15) is arranged to permit said transport of milk by means of the gravity force.

Each milking station includes a set of teatcups to be attached to the animal to be milked, a local milk-collecting unit, a local milk discharge conduit (10) and a local feeding member. At least a first main milk conduit (31) is arranged to connect each local milk discharge conduit (10) to a central milk-receiving unit (30) for the transport of milk from each milking station (1) to the central milk-receiving unit. Each local feeding member is arranged to feed the milk by pressure from the local milk-collecting unit to the central milk-connecting unit via the local milk discharge conduit (10) and the first main milk conduit.

  • Patent number: 7024274
Abstract: A method for sorting and stacking stackable storage objects where the storage objects consist of at least three stacks. The method includes the steps of identifying and marking each storage object with a sequence number for each object in a withdrawal order. Identifying the lowest unmarked storage object above a mark storage object in each stack. Categorizing the stack containing the identified lowest unmarked storage object as a first stack and categorizing each remaining stack as a second stack. Moving each storage object from the first stack onto one or more of the second stacks until the identified lowest unmarked storage object is on top of the first stack. Sorting and moving all of the marked storage objects from the second stacks onto the first stack. Moving each of the storage objects in the arrival stack to one or more second stacks. Moving each of the marked storage objects to the second stacks from the first stack.

  • Patent number: 6872235
Abstract: The invention concerns a method of preparing an iron-based powder comprising the steps of mixing and heating an iron-based powder, at least one oligomer amide type lubricant, at least one fatty acid and optionally one or more additives to a temperature above the melting point of the lubricant and subsequently cooling the obtained mixture. The invention also comprises the mixture of the iron-based powder, the oligomer amide type lubricant and the fatty acid.

  • Patent number: 6485677
Abstract: This invention relates to a metal powder composition for warm compaction. According to the invention, the invention comprises metal powder, graphite, optional binding agent, optional alloying elements and a lubricant essentially consisting of ethylene-bis-stearamide, whereby the mixture before warm compaction has been subjected to treatment with an organic solvent. The invention further relates to a method for making sintered products, whereby an organic solvent is added during the mixing of the metal powder composition and is evaporated before warm compaction.

  • Patent number: 6246727
Abstract: A method and a system for tuning a resonance module in e.g. a radio base station are disclosed. The resonance module has tuning means, a transmitter connection, and an antenna connection. First frequency input and output signals on the transmitter and antenna connection, respectively, are sensed and processed to tune the resonance module to a frequency of the input signal on the transmitter connection. The processing of the sensed input and output signals includes processing in a second frequency range. Prior art methods are improved by the invention through e.g. the use of a quadrature modulator to increase adjustment speed and overall applicability of the resonance module to be tuned.
