  • Patent number: 10690878
Abstract: An optical arrangement including an optical component with a basic body and at least one retaining element, which is designed as an integral element of the optical component or which is actively connected to the optical component is disclosed. The retaining element is affixed on a first contact position of the basic body and a carrier, on which the optical component is supported by means of the retaining element. The retaining element is affixed on a second contact position of the carrier and is arranged in such a manner that it can be pivoted between a first contact position and a second contact position. The arrangement is conducted in such a manner that during a thermal expansion of the basic body in the direction of the carrier and/or with a thermal expansion of the retaining element a movement of the first contact position along the optical axis is generated.

  • Patent number: 6963456
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement of optical elements in projection systems, preferably in projection modules having a changeable focal width such as for the imaging of tilt mirror matrices or for the imaging of reflective, i.e. transmissive, LCDs, whereby the optical elements (2, 3) fixed in place in mechanical holders (6, 7) are arranged so that they can be positioned on a common optical axis (5) relative to one another. According to the invention, for the purpose of accommodating the mounted optical elements (2, 3, 4), a common carrier element (1) is provided. With a minimized number of optical and mechanical elements, both the construction lengths and the diameters of the overall arrangement are reduced so that inexpensive production is possible.

  • Patent number: 6649866
Abstract: The invention is directed to a tool head for machining of materials by laser, substantially comprising focusing optics which are arranged in a housing and through which a laser beam bundle is directed to the workpiece surface to be machined, a nozzle which coaxially surrounds the optical axis of the laser beam bundle and conducts gas in the beam direction in order to prevent contamination of the focusing optics by particles released on the workpiece surface to be machined, a pipe which coaxially surrounds the nozzle and which likewise conducts gas for preventing contamination of the nozzle, and a suction device with suction nozzles.
