    Abstract: In transform coefficient coding, predetermined sets of transforms may be used. Embodiments of the present invention provide an encoder and a decoder for encoding a picture into/from a data stream using block-based prediction and block-based residual coding, the encoder and decoder supporting a set of transforms for the block-based residual coding. The encoder and decoder are configured to determine a transform candidate list of transforms for a current residual block out of the set of transforms based on a height and a width of the current residual block, and to encode/decode a prediction residual within the residual block using one selected transform out of the selectable list of transforms and selectively signal/derive the selected transform in/from the data stream.

    Abstract: A rotor nozzle for a high-pressure cleaning apparatus is provided, with a housing having an inlet opening tangentially into the housing and an outlet arranged on an end wall and on which is arranged a pan-shaped, centrally broken recess. A nozzle body arranged in the housing, having a through channel, and supported with a spherical end in the pan-shaped recess has a longitudinal axis tilted toward the longitudinal axis of the housing. The nozzle body is brought into a revolving movement by liquid flowing through the housing and supported on a support surface, of which flow resistance elements, each having one baffle surface, are arranged downstream of on the wall of the housing. A guiding surface is arranged upstream of each baffle surface and is continuously adjoined by the baffle surface, wherein the guiding surface is aligned obliquely to a radial plane of the housing.

    Abstract: The invention relates to the field of biochemistry and relates to a method that is used in a biogas production plant. The object of the present invention is a method which realizes a shorter total retention time of the raw materials in the biogas plant and/or a higher quantity and/or quality of the biogas. The object is attained through a method in which renewable raw materials are placed in an at least first anaerobic fermenter/reactor together with liquid and further starting materials necessary for methanogenesis, and there subjected to a fermentation process. Subsequently the fermentation residue is subjected to a solid/liquid phase separation and the separated solid phase is subjected to thermopressure hydrolysis at temperatures of at least 170° C. and pressures of at least 1.0 MPa. The solid phase thus treated may either be returned to the first anaerobic fermenter/reactor or fed to a second anaerobic fermenter/reactor and subjected to a further fermentation process.
