    Abstract: A mobile device includes a memory system and a processor. The memory system stores a local device identifier and the processor receives an unlock command from an unlock system. In response to receiving the unlock command, the processor compares the local device identifier to a remote device identifier stored in the unlock system. The processor executes the unlock command to unlock the mobile device if the local device identifier matches the remote device identifier.
