  • Patent number: 11651908
Abstract: A method of winding coilware via a winding machine having a plurality of winding devices, which are drivable by a plurality of drives which comprise at least a supply roll and a winding body, includes providing the coilware from the supply roll and winding the coilware over at least one deflection roll onto the winding body, where at least one drive is adjusted as a function of a position-dependent compensation signal at least partly compensating a defect, and where the position-dependent compensation signal for the drive is provided by acquiring a time domain interference variable during a winding operation, transforming the acquired interference variable into a frequency domain spectrum, filtering the spectrum via a filter specific to the winding device assigned to the drive, transforming the filtered spectrum back into the time domain to provide a time-dependent compensation signal, and transforming the time-dependent compensation signal into the position-dependent compensation signal.

  • Patent number: 11155434
Abstract: Computer program product, controller, winding machine and method for winding a winding material from a supply device onto a winding body of a winding machine, wherein the winding material is provided from a supply roller and wound onto the winding body via at least one deflection roller, where an actual winding tension of the winding material is set to a setpoint winding tension depending on a position-dependent compensation signal, stored in a storage unit, to compensate for a changeable free length, resulting from a non-circular cross section of the winding material, of the winding material between the deflection roller and the winding body, whereby due to the fact that the actual winding tension is set to the setpoint winding tension via the position-dependent compensation signal, which is already stored in the storage unit prior to the winding, the computational load for the setting can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 10539946
Abstract: A closed-loop control device to control a system to be controlled includes a front node, back node, external tapping point, controller and compensating circuit. The compensating circuit has an inner node, frequency filter, front buffer and back buffer. The front node determines a difference; the back node supplies an external sum signal. A setting device automatically suppresses use of the output signal of the front buffer, supplies the back buffer and the back node with a first excitation signal as the compensation signal and detects a first result signal produced by the first excitation signal. The first result signal is one of the control difference, internal sum signal, output filtered signal of the frequency filter or output signal of the front buffer. The setting device evaluates the first excitation signal and the first result signal, sets a parameter of the frequency filter and the second propagation delay.
