Abstract: A lid assembly adapted to be removably secured to a container includes a base portion having a fluid aperture, and a ridge portion extends from a top surface of the base portion. A button member is coupled to the base portion, and depressing the button member from a closed position to an open position displaces a seal member of a seal assembly away from the fluid aperture so that fluids may pass from the interior of the container through the fluid aperture. A locking assembly includes a cover portion coupled to the base portion, and when the cover portion is in a locked position, an engagement portion engages a recess on the button member to prevent displacement out of the closed position. When the cover portion is rotated into an unlocked position, the engagement portion disengages the recess, thus allowing the button member to displace to the open position.

Abstract: A lid assembly for a beverage container having a lid housing, a seal assembly and a trigger member. The seal assembly has a drink seal to close the drink aperture. The seal assembly is rotatedly connected to the lid housing and movable between a use position and a cleaning position to allow the drink aperture to be open for cleaning. The trigger member is connected to the lid housing and is capable of engaging the seal assembly in the use position, but it cannot engage the seal assembly in the cleaning position. Additionally, a trigger lock is connected to the lid housing to prevent engagement of the seal assembly by the trigger member when the trigger lock is locked. The trigger lock may also contain a visual indicator to indicate that the lock is in the locked position.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus to monitor, verify, and rate the performance of airings of commercials are disclosed. An example method includes analyzing received advertisement detection information associated with the advertisement, the advertisement detection information detected from a presentation of the advertisement; identifying a buy order corresponding to the presentation of the advertisement based on the advertisement detection information; determining a purchased ratings value from the buy order; comparing the purchased ratings value of the buy order to received ratings information corresponding to the presentation of the advertisement to determine whether the advertisement was presented as indicated in the buy order; and generating a performance monitoring report using the buy order and the advertisement detection information to indicate whether the ratings information is less than the purchased ratings value.
