Abstract: A data center has an Informational Technology (IT) system that is supported by an Operational Technology (OT) system. A correlation between one or more performance parameters of the IT system on one or more alarms of the OT system and/or one or more performance parameters of the OT system on one or more alarms of the IT system is used to ascertain possible OT system causes of an IT alarm as well as to ascertain possible IT system causes of an OT alarm. A dashboard is displayed that includes one or more alarm details of the alarm issued by an alarm source system and a listing of one or more possible root causes of the alarm that correlate to a non-alarm source system.

Abstract: Performance of a data center may be monitored by tracking operation conditions over time, including when the data center has an adequate power supply and when the data center lacks an adequate power supply. An uptime status may be determined from this data. The uptime status and other performance parameters may be calculated, and may be used in determining an overall performance score for the data center. A dashboard may be displayed that includes the uptime status and the overall performance score of the data center.
