    Abstract: Systems and methods for removing liquid, such as oil, gas, or fuel, from an overturned tanker truck are disclosed herein. One or more ports are provided along the side of a tanker truck compartment, which may be accessed in the event of a rollover of the tanker truck. The port is sealed during normal use of the truck but may be opened from the outside in order to remove fuel. Additionally, an opening tool is disclosed in the event the port is below the internal liquid surface level, in order to prevent spills.
