    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for irrigating Christmas trees which are retained in a planter or synthetic mounting pan, particularly during holiday and Christmas seasons. The apparatus relies upon a container of water which incorporates a small valve allowing water to be released from the container hung within the Christmas tree and drop the water into the planter, when the water level in the planter has evaporated to a certain level.
