    Abstract: A multi-phase LLC power converter comprises a plurality of LLC phases each including a resonant tank and a switching stage. The resonant tank includes a resonant inductor, a resonant capacitor, and a parallel inductance. The switching stage switches an input power at an operating frequency to apply a switched power to the resonant tank, with the switched power approximating an alternating current (AC) waveform having a switching frequency. A secondary-side controller varies the switching frequency to control an output voltage of the multi-phase LLC power converter. A primary-side controller measures primary-side currents, calculates an initial switch-controlled capacitor (SCC) conduction phase angle for each of the LLC phases, and operates an SCC switch in accordance with an SCC conduction phase angle to adjust the capacitance of the resonant capacitor of an LLC phase to cause each of the LLC phases to have equal resonant frequencies.

The PWM is transferred a cross the converter isolation barrier to the primary side, and a primary side circuit receives the PWM signal and outputs a control signal. A controller determines the value of the secondary side output voltage from the control signal and uses the value to control primary side power switching devices of the isolated power converter to regulate the secondary side output voltage at a selected value.

In addition, blood vessels of tumor existing in the Ground-Glass Opacity (GGO) would not be damaged by the blunt head and bleed, thereby reducing a rate of surgery failure caused by that a lesion cannot be identified because of bleeding inside the lung, and in addition, avoiding a possibility that tumor cells spread through a puncturing passage or bleeding blood vessels.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biology, and in particular relates to an attenuated strain of African swine fever virus (ASFV) with IPTG-induced deletion of a D1133L gene and use thereof. In the present disclosure, it is firstly found that the D1133L protein of ASFV can inhibit production of IFN-? and downstream cytokines ISG-15 and ISG-56, and can be used as an immunosuppressant with a relatively strong immunosuppressive effect. In addition, the attenuated strain of ASFV with IPTG-induced deletion of the D1133L gene is constructed. Specifically, a screening expression cassette is inserted into a position before the non-structural protein gene D1133L of the ASFV using an Escherichia coli lac operator-repressor system, to obtain a recombinant virus. In the presence of the IPTG, the recombinant virus has similar characteristics to a wild-type virus; and in the absence of the IPTG, the expression of the D1133L protein is inhibited.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment in oil and gas field operations, in particular to a method for synergistic degradation treatment of polysaccharide-containing polymer wastewater by controllable —OH radical. In this method, a ferrous ion solution, an alkaline solution, and an oxidant solution are mixed and heated to generate —OH radicals, —O radicals and polymeric iron ions, etc., which then is mixed with polysaccharide-containing polymer wastewater. The generated highly oxidative —OH radicals and —O radicals react with polysaccharide polymers so that they are degraded. The generated polymeric iron ions form flocs that purify the suspended solids in the wastewater. The purified polysaccharide-containing polymer wastewater can be re-injected or reused as an oilfield working fluid. In the present disclosure, the polysaccharide-containing polymer wastewater can be treated in a quick and efficient manner, and the treated wastewater can be recycled.
