    Abstract: A system and methods of forming a dielectric material within a trench are described herein. In an embodiment of the method, the method includes introducing a first precursor into a trench of a dielectric layer, such that portions of the first precursor react with the dielectric layer and attach on sidewalls of the trench. The method further includes partially etching portions of the first precursor on the sidewalls of the trench to expose upper portions of the sidewalls of the trench. The method further includes introducing a second precursor into the trench, such that portions of the second precursor react with the remaining portions of the first precursor to form the dielectric material at the bottom of the trench.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an active X-ray sensing circuit and the sensing method thereof, it is applied in X-ray panel. The X-ray sensing circuit comprises two row of pixel circuit, and the two row of pixel circuit shares one scan line, and each data line connects with two switches. It is compensated the threshold voltage when it switches to the current source. It operates reading when it switches to amplifier. By applying specific scan line signal, the last-row pixel circuit is compensated and the next-row pixel row is read at the same time, so that the sensing circuit array can compensate and sense in one scan to avoid the effect of the leakage current.

    Abstract: Gear shifter includes base plate having a bolt shaft which is in turn fitted in with a detent ring, a pawl, a lever, and a plate member. The detent ring is provided with interior space whose inner circumferential surface is formed with a series of first and second ratchet teeth. Side wall of the pawl is disposed with first catch tongue and second catch member. Lever is formed with movable ratchets engaged with second ratchet tooth. When user triggers the lever towards first direction, the movable ratchet is to actuate detent ring to rotate, and using the first catch tongue to abut against the first ratchet teeth, thus cable is pulled tightly wound. When the lever is triggered towards second direction, the lever will push the first catch tongue to disengage from abutting against the first ratchet tooth, thus making the detent ring rotating back to release the tight cable.

    Abstract: A dual-interface computer interface card includes a circuit board. The circuit board includes an ExpressCard connector, a USB connector, a control circuit, a converter, two USB signal traces, two DC traces. The two USB traces are electrically connected with the ExpressCard connector and the USB connector respectively. The two DC traces are electrically connected with the converter and respectively with the ExpressCard and USB connectors. The control circuit, subject to the required DC operation voltage, is optionally connected with one of the two DC traces, while another DC trace is connected with the converter to convert its DC voltage level into the DC voltage level required by the control circuit. Accordingly, the computer interface card can be connected with the computer system optionally by one of the connectors thereof for transmission of USB signals therebetween.
