    Abstract: The invention provides a liquid crystal display panel with a multi-domain pixel layout, including: a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix formed by columns and rows, wherein each pixel unit is divided into a plurality of domains; a first alignment layer aligned to directions along the columns; and a second alignment layer aligned to directions along the rows. For two adjacent pixel units arranged in the column direction, the domains adjacent to a boundary between the two adjacent pixel units are defined with the same directions which liquid crystal molecules tilt toward by the first and second alignment layers.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display includes a plurality of dots arranged in a matrix formed with pixel columns and pixel rows, wherein each of the dots includes at least a pixel and displays a dot of a first resolution image and the dot size is at least 0.018 mm2 and at most 0.16 mm2, wherein each of the pixel columns is supplied with driving signals having the same polarity, wherein when the liquid crystal display receives a second resolution image signal having dots fewer than the first resolution image signal, a dot of a second resolution image is displayed by at least a high gray-level pixel and at least a low gray-level pixel which displays a gray level lower than the high gray-level pixel, and each of the pixel rows is formed by a plurality of the high gray-level pixels or a plurality of the low gray-level pixels.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a crosstalk compensation method and a display apparatus using the same. The method includes: configuring a compensation range with the compensation range set between the maximum gray level and the minimum gray level; establishing a look-up table to record compensation values for each gray level in the compensation range; determining whether the gray level of a first color sub-pixel on the display panel is set within the compensating range. When determines that the gray level of the first color sub-pixel is set within the compensation range selects a compensating value for configuring an initial gray level of an adjacent second color sub-pixel to a correction gray level. When determines that the gray level of the first color sub-pixel set outside the compensation range, maintains the gray level of the second color sub-pixel at the initial gray level.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, a source driver, a gate driver and a timing controller. The LCD panel includes a main scan line, a sub scan line, a first pixel and a second pixel. The timing controller controls the gate driver to alternately output a main scan signal and a sub scan signal within every frame time. A time difference between the main scan signal and adjacent the sub scan signal is a delay time value. The main scan signal controls the first pixel to be written with a first polarity data and the second pixel to be written with a second polarity data. The frame times include at least two different delay time values.

Based on the predetermined algorithm, an original pixel value of a pixel is adjusted according to a difference between the original pixel value of the pixel and an original pixel value of an adjacent pixel.

The barrier is disposed correspondingly to the display module, and has several slanted transparent slits. The transparent slits substantially expose at least parts of regions of the sub-pixels corresponding to the same viewing position. The sub-pixels are rectangular, rhombus or hexagonal in shape.
