    Abstract: A system and methods of forming a dielectric material within a trench are described herein. In an embodiment of the method, the method includes introducing a first precursor into a trench of a dielectric layer, such that portions of the first precursor react with the dielectric layer and attach on sidewalls of the trench. The method further includes partially etching portions of the first precursor on the sidewalls of the trench to expose upper portions of the sidewalls of the trench. The method further includes introducing a second precursor into the trench, such that portions of the second precursor react with the remaining portions of the first precursor to form the dielectric material at the bottom of the trench.

    Abstract: A hard disk drive filler (HDD filler) detachably installed in a case is disclosed. The HDD filler has a frame body, a guiding device, and a gravitational sliding device, wherein the frame body defines a bottom surface and a top surface corresponding to the bottom surface. The guiding device is situated on the frame body and combines with the gravitational sliding device. The gravitational sliding device is confined and guided by the guiding device, such that the gravitational sliding device can slide along a certain direction for staying within or exposing at least a part of the gravitational sliding device to the frame body due to gravity. If the frame body is installed in the case while the bottom surface is upward, the gravitational sliding device slides and is guided by the guiding device to be partly exposed to the frame body to stop the installation.

The HDD filler has a frame body, a pivot axis, and a rotating device; wherein the frame body defines a bottom surface and a top surface which corresponds to the bottom surface. One end of the rotating device is pivoted to the pivot axis, such that the rotating device can rotate due to gravity to stay within or be partly exposed to the frame body. If the frame body is installed into the case while the bottom surface is upward, the rotating device rotates along the pivot axis and is guided by gravity such that part of the rotating device is exposed to the frame body to stop the installation.
