This method includes the steps of inputting settlement request information including a settlement identifier, credit purchasing data and electronic lottery purchase data; transmitting the settlement request information to a computer; generating electronic lottery data based on the electronic lottery purchase data; generating settlement approval information based on the settle request information; and outputting the settlement approval information and the electronic lottery data.
