    Abstract: The current application discloses a method, apparatus, and electronic device for correcting base quality scores according to sequencing platform characteristics. This method extracts the overlapping bases, distinguishes sequencing errors from non-sequencing errors, and divides the extracted overlapping bases into different bins according to the read direction where the sequencing error base is located, the number of sequencing cycles, the dinucleotide in the sequencing direction, and the base quality score given by the sequencer. The sequencing error bases in each feature bin are counted, and the empirical quality value is calculated. A lowess model is used to perform polynomial fitting modeling on the RQS and EQS in the feature bins and to correct the original base quality score.

This method is based on differentiated deep whole-exome/targeted drug sequencing and tissue-blood cell-plasma co-capture technology, and 100,000× ultra-high depth personalized/high evidence hotspot combination panel sequencing to evaluate tiny residual lesions and tumor evolution/second primary in plasma samples. It resolves the challenges of existing techniques, such as elevated tissue detection thresholds, restricted tracking locations, inadequate detection sensitivity and precision, or elevated costs when ctDNA concentrations in the bloodstream are minimal. Furthermore, it surmounts the challenge of simultaneously achieving personalized tracking detection and monitoring tumor evolution or second/primary detection.

The method comprises a training stage and a prediction stage, wherein the training stage comprises image pre-processing, sample selection and network training. Firstly, performing normalization on a hyperspectral image, and then randomly selecting an appropriate proportion of marked samples from each category to generate a label map, and performing training by using the designed network; in the prediction stage, directly inputting the whole image into the trained network and obtaining a final classification result. By means of the present invention, data pre-processing, feature extraction, the process of context-rich information capturing, and classification are taken into comprehensive consideration in the whole flow; and the classification of a hyperspectral image is realized by means of constructing an end-to-end network.

The deep convolutional neural network includes a feature learning module, a multi-adversarial module, and a perspective-guided attention mechanism module. The multi-adversarial module is followed by a global pooling layer and a perspective discriminator after each stage of a basic network of the feature learning module. The perspective-guided attention mechanism module is an attention map generator and the perspective discriminator. The training of the deep convolutional neural network includes learning of the feature learning module, learning of the multi-adversarial module, and learning of the perspective-guided attention mechanism module. The proposed method uses the trained deep convolutional neural network to extract features of the testing images, and using an Euclidean distance to perform feature matching on images in a query set and images in a gallery set.
