Abstract: The present application relates to a use of a Cutibacterium sp. strain, a culture product of the strain or a combination thereof for preventing, alleviating and/or treating inflammatory skin disease. A composition comprising the Cutibacterium sp. strain, the culture product of the strain or the combination thereof is non-cytotoxic, inhibits the proliferation of immune cells that induce skin inflammation, inhibits an immune response, has anti-bacterial effects on acne-causing bacteria, and promotes the regeneration of skin cells, and thus has the excellent effects of preventing, alleviating and/or treating inflammatory skin disease.
