    Abstract: An input sensing device includes a sensor that includes a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes, and a sensor driver that operates in a first sensing mode and a second sensing mode. During the first sensing mode, the sensor driver generates a first sensing signal by transmitting transmission signals to the sensor and receiving reception signals from the sensor. During the second sensing mode, the sensor driver generates a second sensing signal by transmitting the transmission signals to the sensor and receiving the reception signals from the sensor. The sensor driver selects one of a plurality of compensation maps based on the first sensing signal, compensates for the second sensing signal based on the selected compensation map, and outputs the compensated sensing signal.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, an input sensor disposed on the display panel and sensing an input during a sensing frame period, a display controller receiving a vertical synchronization signal and a horizontal synchronization signal and controlling driving of the display panel in response to the vertical synchronization signal and the horizontal synchronization signal, and a sensor controller providing a transmission signal including a plurality of sampling periods to the input sensor. The display controller provides frequency information of a display frame period to the sensor controller using at least one of the vertical synchronization signal and the horizontal synchronization signal, and the sensor controller controls the number of the sampling periods of the sensing frame period based on the frequency information.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method in which a catalytic reaction is used in order to produce hydrocarbons from renewable starting material derived from biological organisms such as vegetable lipids, animal lipids, and lipids extracted from macroalgae and microalgae, and more specifically relates to a method for selectively making a hydrocarbon, which is suitable for making gasoline or diesel, by removing the oxygen contained in the starting material without consuming hydrogen. In the present invention, the production takes place by bringing the starting material into contact with hydrotalcite, which constitutes a catalyst, thereby removing oxygen via a decarboxylation or decarbonylation reaction; and the starting material is one or more such material selected from triglycerides, fatty acids, and fatty acid derivatives obtained from a renewable source of supply originating from a biological organism.
