The method includes: receiving downlink control information (DCI); and if an offset between the DCI and a corresponding physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) is less than a preset threshold, at least one transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states configured for a serving cell of scheduled PDSCH comprises quasi-co-location (QCL-TypeD) information, and at least one TCI codepoint indicates two TCI states, receiving the corresponding PDSCH by using two default TCI-states corresponding to a smallest codepoint among TCI codepoints indicating two different TCI-states.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for determining a status of an antenna panel. A terminal receives configuration information including at least one downlink signal resource set. When determining that a first antenna panel corresponding to a first downlink signal resource set is turned on, the terminal measures quality of a resource in the first downlink signal resource set by using the first antenna panel, and sends first feedback information. The first feedback information may indicate the quality of the resource in the first downlink signal resource set. When the first antenna panel is turned off, the terminal skips measuring the quality of the resource in the first downlink signal resource set, and sends second feedback information. The second feedback information is used to indicate that the first antenna panel is turned off.

Abstract: The invention discloses a fusion protein and its preparation method for intermediate polypeptide of Semaglutide. The invention belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering and polypeptide preparation. The fusion protein comprises a fusion peptide, a protease cleavage site and a target main molecular sequence. By optimizing the fusion peptide sequence, changing the isoelectric point and hydrophilicity of the protein, the highest expression of the fusion protein is effectively increased to 13.1 g/L. Meanwhile, the properties of fusion protein are also improved, which is conducive to the development of subsequent extraction, enzyme digestion and purification processes. The yield of intermediate polypeptide after enzyme digestion is 3.62 g/L. A first resource acquisition request of an object identification is transmitted for a target virtual resource to a blockchain network to make the blockchain network query a target ticket identification associated with the object identification and the target virtual resource based on the first resource acquisition request. Metadata is acquired having a binding relationship with the target ticket identification.
