Abstract: Disclosed are a system and method of extracting event sentences from documents. A language processing section 10 performs a morphological analysis and named entity recognition for an input document set. A document-set learning section 20 extracts verb, noun and noun phrase features from the language-processed result, and selects important features and stores them in a database by calculating weights for the respective features. An event sentence extraction section 30 comparatively analyzes the result obtained by language-processing the input document in the language processing section 10 and the result obtained from learning of the document-set learning section 20 to calculate the weights for the respective sentences in the input document and so extract the event sentences depending upon the extracting condition. Therefore, useful data implying the information dependant upon the domain is easily selected and obtained from the document.

Abstract: In an apparatus for providing an one-stop service in a mobile web application server system a mobile terminal receives the OSS from the mobile web application server in order to use the OSS. A screen-processing module includes a java server page and a java sublet for an OSS generated in the form of a mobile web application server page. A service processing means generates an OSS log to process the OSS and represents a corresponding specialized site in the form of a service bean. An external service generates the mobile web application server system and performs a connection to OSS contents. An external system provides contents in accordance with certain information provided from the external service. A site providing system provides a corresponding specialized site to the service bean in the service processing means.

Abstract: A system and method retrieving a XML document includes a DTD (Document Type Definition) reduction module for making a configuration file for index to be used in indexing and retrieving a document in which a complicated DTD is compressed, an index module for index the configuration file and the XML document inputted from the DTD reduction module, an index information storage module for storing the index information inputted from the index module and a retrieval module for retrieving a general query and a structure query inputted by an user.
