    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a servo motor and an encoder calibration method. The encoder calibration method includes: calculating a gain error, an offset error and a phase error, by an error calculation block, according to a first signal and a second signal output by an encoder; calculating at least one gain calibration parameter, at least one offset calibration parameter and at least one phase calibration parameter, by the error calibration block, according to the gain error, the offset error and the phase error; and calibrating sequentially, by the encoder, the gain, the offset and the phase of the first signal and the second signal according to the at least one gain calibration parameter, the at least one offset calibration parameter and the at least one phase calibration parameter, wherein performing at least one gain calibration and offset calibration after the phase calibration is completed.

The light source emits a light. The light source controller regulates a wavelength of the light. The light intensity detector detects an intensity of the light which is generated by the light source and passes through at least one target gas. The computing module includes a numerical processor and a storage unit. The storage unit stores a spectral database. The numerical processor fits an absorption spectrum of the at least one target gas and a standard spectrum in the spectral database, performs a similarity comparison operation to obtain a temperature and a pressure of the at least one target gas with a minimum residual value, and determines a species concentration of the at least one target gas according to the minimum residual value.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a hollow metal sphere with a mesoporous structure is disclosed, which comprises the following steps: (A) providing a hollow sphere template with a mesoporous structure, wherein the hollow sphere template comprises: a first shell with plural channels penetrating the first shell, the material of the first shell comprises a mesoporous silica material, and the mesoporous silica material has a cubic Ia3d symmetry pore structure; (B) mixing the hollow sphere template with a metal precursor; (C) reducing the metal precursor; and (D) removing the hollow sphere template to obtain a hollow metal sphere with a mesoporous structure. In addition, the present invention also provides a hollow metal sphere with a mesoporous structure prepared by the aforementioned method.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a simpler, nontoxic, more widely applied and low-cost method for preparing nitride nanomaterials.
