  • Publication number: 20130320167
Abstract: A mounting device (100?, 100?) for attachment to a spotlight rail (101), having a planar surface adjacent to a ferromagnetic material and designed so that it will face downward after the attachment and has a diameter greater than the entrance width of the spotlight rail. At a distance from the ferromagnetic surface, attached thereto via a stem, there are two opposite wings, the width of which is smaller than the entrance width of the spotlight rail (101) and the largest diameter of which is greater than the entrance width of the spotlight rail. The diameter of the stem is smaller than the entrance width of the spotlight rail (101), but has a protruding portion that prevents rotation by more than a quarter of a turn after insertion into the spotlight rail. The mounting device is part of a system for hanging signs (102) in business premises where the signs are hung with a magnet. The mounting device can safely be inserted into and attached to a spotlight rail without having to use a ladder.

  • Publication number: 20040188451
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement for a portable bucket or a similar container which includes a carrying handle. The bucket exhibits triangular cross-sectional form. The angle between the two shortest sides of the bucket is essentially a right angle, and the handle is arranged in such a way that the effective carrying point for the bucket is situated in a vertical plane located at a point ca. ⅓ across the width of the bucket between the longest side of the bucket and the right angle closest to the aforementioned longest side of the bucket.

  • Patent number: 6142582
Abstract: A hydraulic vehicle brake system, especially for wheeled vehicles, in which a triggered alarm for excessively low pressure in a brake circuit is maintained and where the alarm can be reset first after a pressure sensor coordinated with the brake circuit downstream of the brake valve unit, registers a pressure in the circuit which exceeds a predetermined minimum pressure level.

  • Patent number: 6069586
Abstract: An antenna for receiving and/or transmitting electromagnetic waves, comprising an array of antenna elements including at least one longitudinal row of antenna elements (7) located at a distance (d) from each other, each such row of antenna elements being adapted to receive and/or transmit a dual polarized beam including two separate, mutually isolated channels. Along each longitudinal row of antenna elements, in the vicinity of the gap between a respective pair of adjacent antenna elements, preferably at the side of the centre line (C) of the row, there are disposed parasitic elements (8a, 8b) serving to influence the mutual coupling between said adjacent antenna elements in such a way as to improve the isolation between the separate channels.

  • Patent number: 5662390
Abstract: In a power-brake system, a hydraulic pressure generated by means of a pump may be supplied, controllably in proportion to an actuation force via brake conduits, by a power-brake valve to individual brake cylinders. Control pressure conduits are connected to the brake cylinders or the brake conduits in the vicinity of the brake cylinders and these control pressure conduits are connected to the brake valve. The brake pressure at the brake cylinders may be fed back, via the control pressure conduits, as the control pressure for acting on the control end of the brake valve so that a control of the control plungers of the brake valve is carried out corresponding to the brake pressure build-up at the brake cylinders and, particularly when low brake pressures are desired, rapid pressure build-up times in the brake conduits are ensured.

  • Patent number: 5657373
Abstract: A digital mobile communication system comprises a switching center (MSC), a subscriber register (HLR) connected thereto, mobile terminals, such as mobile telephones, and subscriber-linked subscriber's cards, such as smart cards. Each subscription is allocated a subscriber's number and at least two subscriber's cards adapted to be activated so as to open a mobile terminal to incoming as well as outgoing traffic when inserted therein. When one of the subscriber's cards is activated, the other card or cards are necessarily deactivated so as to open a mobile terminal only to outgoing traffic when inserted therein. The subscriber register (HLR) is adapted to control the activation and the deactivation of the cards by the order of the subscriber.

  • Patent number: 4480723
Abstract: In a retarder system for railway wagons, a retarder device which includes a rotatable cylinder resiliently urged into a working position adjacent a rail and provided with a flange with a helical contact surface. The flange of a railway wagon wheel which passes in a working or first direction influences the contact surface of the cylinder to set the cylinder rotating thereby pumping a hydraulic medium through a throttled opening to obtain a braking action. The cylinder is provided with an elongated projection arranged parallel to the axis of the cylinder, which extends radially from the cylinder and is directed, in a position of readiness of the cylinder, substantially towards the rail.
