Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing high-stability liquid blueberry anthocyanins, belonging to the field of food processing. A method for preparing high-stability liquid blueberry anthocyanins comprises the following process steps: adding graphene oxide and chitosan to an MES buffer solution at room temperature, mixing homogeneously and adding EDC and NHS sequentially, reacting to obtain a first solution; adding dry blueberry anthocyanin powder in the first solution, adjusting pH to 4.5 to 5.0 and mixing homogeneously to obtain a second solution, and treating the second solution at 350 to 420 MPa and 2 to 4° C. to obtain the product. The method for increasing the stability of blueberry anthocyanins provided by the present invention uses dry blueberry anthocyanin powder as a raw material and adds graphene oxide combined with chitosan compound as an anthocyanin stabilizer, thereby increasing the stability of blueberry anthocyanins during processing and production.

The controlling device is connected to the base device and has an inlet valve, a first linking valve, a gas-controlling valve, a second linking valve and a triple valve. The filling device is mounted on the base device, is connected to the controlling device and has a storage bottle, a release valve and a mechanical valve. The auto-filling assembly can be used to fill pressurized gas and oil into a refillable sprayer conveniently and automatically.

The tetrahedral data model includes a vertex, four facets, and lines between the facets. The vertex represents a unique identifier for the underlying unstructured data. The four facets represent basic attributes, semantic features, low-level features, and raw data. The lines represent relationships between connected elements. The tetrahedral data model is implemented in the logical schema in an Unstructured data Base Management System (UDBMS), which stores the basic attributes and the semantic features in XML files, stores the low-level features and the raw data using a three-dimensional big table, and stores the associations in an adjacency matrix. A tetrahedral annotation module creating and populating tetrahedrons can be integrated into unstructured data processing apparatuses.
