    Abstract: A data sending method is provided. The method includes: allocating, by a Media Access Control (MAC) entity of a first network node, data packets to at least one hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) unit of at least two cells, where the at least two cells use different radio access technologies RATs, the at least two cells share one HARQ unit or each of the at least two cells is corresponding to one HARQ unit, and the HARQ unit is a HARQ entity and/or a HARQ process; and sending, by the first network node, the data packets to a second network node by using the at least two cells. According to the foregoing solution, the data packets are allocated to the at least one HARQ unit of the at least two cells by using a shared MAC layer, so as to effectively reduce an end-to-end delay.

In a specific embodiment, the wireless communication server sends a message to notify the process client about a location and an estimate time for the process client to carry out the area-specific process. The methods include monitoring one or more spindle operation parameters and carrying out one or more maintenance steps on the spindle mechanism based on the results of monitoring the one or more spindle operation parameters. The monitored spindle operation parameters provide an indication of undesirable vibration of the semiconductor substrates in the processing chamber. The vibration of the semiconductor substrates in the processing chamber is undesirable because it promotes generation of unwanted particles that deposit onto a surface of the semiconductor substrate.

One example may involve a computer system detecting a packet addressed from a source address to a service endpoint address. Based on configuration information associated with the service endpoint address, the computer system may identify a first active logical service router (SR) and a second active logical SR that are both associated with the service endpoint address and configured to operate in an active-active mode. The first active logical SR may be selected over the second active logical SR by mapping tuple information to the first active logical SR. The computer system may generate an encapsulated packet by encapsulating the packet with an outer header addressed to an outer destination address associated with the first active logical SR and send the encapsulated packet towards the first active logical SR for processing according to a stateful service.
