    Abstract: Provided are a cell sorting chip, device, and method based on dielectrophoresis induced deterministic lateral displacement, the chip including a microfluidic channel (4), the microfluidic channel comprising a sample inlet (4.1), a straight channel, and two sample outlets; three groups of electrode array pairs are integrated at a bottom of the straight channel, the three electrode array pairs respectively being a focusing electrode group (1), a sorting electrode group (2), and a separating electrode group (3); the focusing electrode group is used for cell focusing and signal detection; the sorting electrode group is used for single cell sorting; and the separating electrode group is used for single cell separation. High-speed, precise, and lossless target cell sorting can thus be implemented.

The adaptor is connected to the rotation stage and located under the rotation stage for positioning the lyophilized bead. The light source is located at a lateral side of the lyophilized bead for emitting lights to illuminate the lyophilized bead. The telecentric lens is located at the lateral side of the lyophilized bead for imaging the lyophilized bead. The image sensor is located at a lateral side of the telecentric lens opposite to the lyophilized bead for capturing images of the lyophilized bead. The rotation stage drives the lyophilized bead to rotate 360 degrees as performing an inspection of the lyophilized bead, and the image sensor continuously captures images of the lyophilized bead at different angles, thereby obtaining a three-dimensional image of the lyophilized bead for the inspection.

    Abstract: Provided is an integrated micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) ultrasonic transducer (UT). The integrated MEMS UT (MUT) includes a capacitive MUT body, and a piezoelectric structure provided on a resonant plate of the capacitive MUT body. In embodiments of the present disclosure, the piezoelectric structure forms a piezoelectric MUT with the resonant plate and a chamber in the capacitive MUT body, and the piezoelectric MUT and the capacitive MUT body share the resonant plate to obtain the integrated MUT. The embodiments of the present disclosure integrate the advantages of piezoelectric MUT and the capacitive MUT, and achieve the effect of improving the receiving sensitivity while not affecting the resonance amplitude and the output sound pressure.
